Surrey Estates is an award-winning online estate agent operating in Surrey. They provide a fresh approach to buying & selling property.
Surrey Estates’ website, having previously been built on a WordPress website builder, was cumbersome to edit & update, and also resulted in slower loading times – turning away potential clients and opportunities. Creative Brand Design took the website and redeveloped it onto a custom WordPress theme, allowing the Surrey Estates team to update content with ease, and improving the user experience on the site. Creative Brand Design also provides ongoing SEO support for Surrey Estates, to help maintain their excellent visibility and reputation online.
The redeveloped website uses a large image slider with an SVG animated logo to give visitors a first impression they will remember. Throughout the site, high-quality photography is used to show off the Surrey Estates portfolio & location.
Combined with the UI & UX improvements made by the Creative Brand Design team to the original design, the new website offers a platform that is both visually striking & easy to use for potential clients.
The Surrey Estates website displays their entire sales & lettings catalogue, making use of the Vebra Property Software API to pull through the properties in real-time and update on the site.
This avoids Surrey Estates having to perform any time-consuming manual population of their catalogue – they can sit back and let our code do the work for them. Navigating the properties is a breeze for users, with a dropdown filter enabling them to search and filter properties to their liking.
The property view makes it very simple for users to select & view more details about any property they choose. Large, high quality photographs form the centerpiece of the property listings, with all the additional information easily accessible.
Creative Brand Design also coded a Stamp Duty calculator using conditional logic, enabling users to immediately see their property purchase fees without any guesswork.
The redevelopment of the Surrey Estates website has resulted in a much more usable experience for both the client & their users. Surrey Estates can now populate & modify content on the site without confusion or difficulty, thanks to the custom theme set up by Creative Brand Design on WordPress. Users also find the platform much clearer to navigate and browse, resulting in an increase in contact enquiries through the site.
The website, as with all Creative Brand Design sites, is fully responsive and works seamlessly across all devices, from projectors to monitors, to phones & tablets – ensuring that no users will be turned away by a buggy or unattractive system.
Surrey Estates are extremely pleased with their website and continue to work with Creative Brand Design to make further enhancements.
