Oasis Coffee & Vending approached us with two separate websites: one offering the supply of vending machines and services, and one offering an online store for the purchase of vending goods. Both sites were dated and disjointed in their operation. In order to achieve the best from an SEO perspective and provide an efficient way to manage both sites, we recommended a WordPress multisite. This would combine both sites into one easy to manage CMS, one to showcase their vending machine solutions and an ecommerce platform for the sale of their 150 wholesale coffee, tea and snack products.
We created the multisite with a strong focus on bold imagery and the incorporation of unique interactive visuals, for maximum effect. The existing colour scheme was significantly enhanced and large, impactful, high quality photography and graphics were used throughout the site to effectively show case and promote Oasis’ strong product offering. This resulted in a striking multisite that successfully captures the attention of it’s target audience.
Prior to development, the unique custom design for the new multisite was created from scratch in photoshop. The two separate websites were then combined into one WordPress/WooCommerce multisite solution, for effective usability, easy purchasing and improved user flow.
We focused on streamlining the integration of the two separate sites, ensuring a smooth transition by incorporating strong CTAs and consistency of visual elements.
We even included an easy-to-use Royal Mail tool at the checkout, to calculate accurate shipping costs for the customer, based on the weights and dimensions of the products ordered.
Combining Oasis’ two old and outdated websites, on to a new user-friendly CMS, has significantly reduced their ongoing maintenance requirements. They are now able to add to and update their product offering with ease. The customer journey has been significantly enhanced and the improved usability is having a positive impact on both the site’s engagement and the company’s sales figures.
