CLEAN, MINIMAL DESIGN
AN EMPHASIS ON QUALITY
When we think of a high-end, quality website, we immediately think of spacious, airy designs with clean-cut lines and stylised images. We tried to reflect these attributes in our design for Boomerang – delivering beautiful page layouts to complement their branding.
Consistency was maintained throughout the site, to keep everything on the same wavelength. We even designed bespoke icons for Boomerang’s services & sectors, building upon their existing icon set in the new, minimalist style.
AI INSPIRED
INTERACTIVE MESSAGING DEMO
Central to Boomerang’s existing website were a number of interactive demonstrations of their messaging services, using intelligent logic to detect user input and provide answers. The existing systems, however, were poorly coded and contained within an old-school mobile phone template which, ironically, wasn’t mobile friendly.
Creative Brand Design rebuilt the demo from scratch, using Javascript to control the form interface & logic, and PHP / Ajax calls to connect with a database of information that Boomerang could edit. The result is a much more modern, faster & easier to manage system – the same one that you might have played with further up this page!
EDGY ALTERNATIVE
OUTSIDE-THE-BOX ACCOMPANIMENT
As an accompaniment to the redesigned Boomerang website, Creative Brand Design designed & developed a custom ‘skin’ / portal system to provide Boomerang’s potential clients with an information system that used a less traditional style.
Alongside the front-end challenge of creating such a bespoke & interactive design, a lot of PHP and database work was involved. A custom backend was created to enable Boomerang to upload a huge amount of content & map it to areas of the skin system, depending on the path visitors chose.
The Results
The new Boomerang website is a huge improvement over their old site, with a modern and refreshing design & easy to navigate layout. It also loads significantly faster thanks to the optimised code, improving user engagement & lead conversion.
The website is fully responsive & carefully optimised for every type of device, to ensure seamless usability no matter how it is being viewed.
